This drawing I believe was inspired by the great painting by Diego Velasquez in the Prado called The Feast of Bacchus.

I say inspired by but not based on, as it is so different in layout and in the individual characters, but something tells me my father, who loved Velasquez, drew inspiration from this work - SL
